What would be your reaction if I told you that there's no mayonnaise or dairy dressing involved in this creamy Coleslaw! 

Yes, this entire recipe is vegan. Make your non-vegan friends realize how good plant-based food tastes! Can you name the creamy sauce to add to this delicious and healthy Coleslaw? It's non-other than Aji Mori Vegan Mayo that can take your food experience to the next level. 

Before entering the magical forest of delicious sauces, let's learn about Aji Mori Vegan Mayo sauce first. Aji Mori KooMami Mayo is a plant-based mayo with the same great taste, texture, and flavor as regular mayonnaise, made from plant-based organic ingredients and contains no processed fats. 

It also has the same creamy consistency as regular mayonnaise. It is even better than egg-based mayo because it's completely free of GMOs (genetically modified organisms). It's made from unsweetened organic soy milk instead of eggs, so it can be enjoyed by people who have egg allergies or have high cholesterol levels.

Vegan Coleslaw Recipe with AjiMori KooMami sauce

Made with vegan mayo, fresh veggies like cabbage, celery, and apple cider vinegar for a tangy flavor, you get it all in every bite of this flavorful Coleslaw! This recipe is SO easy. All that slicing/shredding carrots and cabbage can be done ahead of time for speedy assembly - then just let your 15 minutes work their magic perfectly dressed in the oven. Without any further due, let's prepare vegan Coleslaw.

Ingredients:

For the Dressing

  • ½ cup Vegan AjiMori KooMami Mayo (120g)
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

For Coleslaw

  • 6 cups Shredded Green Cabbage (420g)
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrot (110g)

Instructions

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a measuring jug and mix them using a hand whisk until combined well.
  2. Mix the shredded carrots and cabbage.
  3. Stir in the dressing and toss until mixed.
  4. Let the salad bowl sit in the fridge (covered) for at least one hour to allow the veggies to absorb dressing flavors. 
  5. The vinegar will draw excess moisture out of the cabbage. When the salad comes out of the fridge, it will be much smaller in size than before. This is completely OK!

    Shipping & Return

    and in their original packaging. Any item that has been modified, altered or
    changed in any way other than in its original form is not eligible for returns
    and exchanges. 

     

    Processing your returns

     

    If you would like to return your unused merchandise,
    it must be done within 14 days. please contact Ajimorio@gmail.com to initiate the return. If possible, please keep the package
    that the merchandise came in. We will generate a prepaid return shipping label
    corresponding to the size of that package. Once the shipment is received and
    inspected, you will receive a refund for your order amount minus a $5
    handling fee. 

    Returns may take up to 7 business days to process
    your refund your order. We will send a confirmation email when your refund has
    been issued to the original payment method. Items and packages sent back to us
    without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    (Please note, it can take some time for your bank or
    credit card company to process and post the refund.)

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your unused merchandise
    within 14 days, please contact Ajimorio@gmail.com to initiate the exchange. If possible, please keep the package
    that the merchandise came in.

    You also have the option of exchanging your item for
    store credit for the value of the returned item. Once the shipment is received
    and inspected we will process your request and send you a confirmation email.

    Damaged and Incorrect Orders

    If your item arrived damaged, or you received an
    incorrect item, please email photos of the damage or incorrect item to Ajimorio@gmail.com. Once we receive the photos with your attached explanation, we
    will ship you a replacement pending our inspection. We apologize for the
    inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
